I am a licensed psychologist who works with individuals aged 5-25, parents, and families navigating a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and emotional dysregulation. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique strengths and goals. My approach is culturally responsive, developmentally informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and PC-CARE. In addition to psychotherapy, I have experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations. Together, we work to better understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, build practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring nature, traveling, solving crosswords and word games, and spending time with my dog, Rosie.
